Peavine Creek Campground
About this site
Generally open May to October as weather and conditions allow. Access to the Arc Dome Wilderness by the Peavine and Toms Canyon Trailheads. Located in Peavine Canyon, on the southeastern side of the Toiyabe Mountain Range. Peavine Creek also flows through this site. Small store located in Hadley, 11 miles north of the campground. Additional Info: This popular campground is located along Peavine Creek near the southern boundary of the Arc Dome Wilderness at 6,260 feet elevation. Campsites are nestled within cottonwoods and aspen. Trails lead to the Toiyabe Crest National Recreation Trail. Open mid-May to late October as weather allows. No fees required. Vault toilets and picnic tables available. Potable water not available. Dogs must be on leash. Horse/pack animals allowed with weed-free certified hay.
