North of Highland Camping Area is a family-oriented tent-focused campground on nearly 60 acres of pitch pine forest in North Truro, Massachusetts, completely surrounded by Cape Cod National Seashore. It is a short half-mile walk to Head of the Meadow Beach. Established in 1954, it offers quiet wooded sites ideal for tents, small tent trailers, camper vans, and RVs under 25 feet. Amenities include hot showers, restrooms, laundromat, camp store, recreation room, and playground.
