Additional Info: Myrtle Lake Site 5 is one of three backcountry sites on Myrtle Lake in Superior National Forest. The two sites on the northwest shoreline are located on nice sandy beaches. Facilities include fire rings, tent pads, and latrines. Pack out garbage. Nine people per site limit. Pets must be kept on a six-foot or shorter leash, food stored in bear-resistant containers, and waste picked up and packed out.
