Mission Creek Preserve - Stone House Campground
About this site
Stone House Campground is situated in Mission Creek Canyon a mile and a half beyond the main preserve gate and parking area. The campground includes a spacious tent camping area, picnic tables, potable water, and flush toilet restrooms. Reservations are required! Camping is free; donations are appreciated. Tent camping only. No RVs or trailers allowed. Propane grills, stoves, and portable propane fire pits are permitted. Wood fires and charcoal use is prohibited! Check-in: 12:00 - 4:30 pm. Check-out: 11:00 am. No showers available. No electricity available; no generators allowed. Reservations are required and must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Additional Info: Preserve located at 60550 Mission Creek Road, Desert Hot Springs, CA 92240. Amenities include information kiosks, restrooms, parking, picnic areas, shaded picnic area, group picnic area, group campground, and drinking water. Dogs on leash permitted.
