Mesquite Spring Campground
About this site
Mesquite Spring Campground is a first-come, first-served campground with 40 sites at 1,800 feet elevation in the northern section of Death Valley National Park, 2 miles off Scotty's Castle Road below Grapevine Canyon. Each site has a picnic table and fire grate. Amenities include flush toilets, potable water, dump station, and trash collection year-round. No hookups or showers. Paved roadways provide access. Ideal base for Ubehebe Crater, Racetrack Playa, and northern park areas. Additional Info: Open year-round. $20 per night ($10 with Senior/Access Pass), paid at automated fee machine. Max 30 consecutive days, up to 8 people and specified vehicles per site. ADA access to one comfort station.
