Youth group camping area at Patapsco Valley State Park McKeldin Area in Marriottsville, Maryland. Located on North Branch and South Branch Patapsco River. Youth groups must possess a valid Maryland Park Service youth group pass and make a reservation. Maximum 50 people per site with 1 adult per 10 youths. Vehicles park in lot at entrance; campers walk to sites. Quiet hours 10 PM to 7 AM. No generators or alcohol permitted. Campfires allowed with own fire-starting materials (firewood importation prohibited). Check-out 1 PM. For groups arriving after sunset, call park headquarters day prior at 410-461-5005 (Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-4 PM). Reservations: 1-888-432-2267 or parkreservations.maryland.gov.
