Massey Marina and Park offers camping on the Mississippi River with access to Pool 12, located five miles south of Dubuque off Highway 52 South. The campground has 46 sites, 30% reservable online and 70% first-come first-served. Features include picnic grounds, accessible playground, two-lane boat ramp, and daytime trailer parking. The marina provides seasonal and daily slip rentals, marine fuel dock, courtesy docks, and a concession building with food, drinks, bait, restrooms, and showers. In winter, used for ice fishing river access.
