Lower Wind River Campground

Lower Wind River Campground is located at the northern boundary of Boysen State Park in central Wyoming, near Shoshoni and the historic Boysen Dam. It offers spacious, flat campsites with oak tree shade along the Wind River, providing access to Boysen Reservoir for fishing, boating, and hiking in Wind River Canyon. Amenities include drinking water, toilets, picnic tables, and firewood availability. The campground supports both tent and RV camping with pull-through sites and is pet-friendly.
