The Lime Creek Conservation Area (LCCA) provides two sites for primitive camping. Campsites are carry in and carry out. Please carry out any waste. Any unregistered vehicles on the LCCA property after park hours will be towed at the owners expense so please provide us information on all vehicles of people that will be staying at the campsite. Additional Info: Located off US Highway 65 just north of Mason City (3501 Lime Creek Road). Campers must register and obtain a permit at the Cerro Gordo County Conservation Board office (located in the nature center building) Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm. Cost is $5.00 per night (1 tent with 1 bundle of firewood). Extra tents and firewood will be an additional cost. Park Hours are from 6:00 am to 10:30 pm.
