Liberty Spring Tentsite
About this site
Liberty Springs Tentsite is a hike-in campsite located along the Appalachian Trail in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, just 0.3 miles below the junction with the Franconia Ridge Trail. The site features 7 single and 3 double tent platforms, a natural spring water source, and a view area overlooking Moosilauke and the Kinsmans mountains. Amenities include a composting privy, dishwashing station, and picnic tables. A caretaker is present during summer months. The site is maintained by the Appalachian Mountain Club (AMC) on a first-come, first-served basis with a fee charged. Pets are allowed, and campfires are permitted.
