About this site

Leeds Designated Dispersed is a free camping area located in the scenic Leeds Canyon within Dixie National Forest near the town of Leeds, Utah. The area features approximately 11 designated dispersed camping sites that are available on a first-come, first-served basis along Forest Service Roads 031 and 032. Unlike traditional dispersed camping, camping in this area is restricted to designated sites only to protect the natural resources along the Leeds Creek Kiln Trail corridor. As a designated dispersed area, campers will find minimal amenities. Sites typically include fire rings, but no other facilities or services are provided. There are no toilets, potable water, trash removal, picnic tables, or hookups. Campers must be completely self-contained and practice Leave No Trace principles, packing out all trash and waste. Roads are dirt and gravel, typically accessible by 2WD vehicles in dry conditions. Additional Info: 11 designated sites in Dixie National Forest, managed by US Forest Service.
