Sand Cove Primitive Camping Area is a BLM-managed primitive camping area in Red Cliffs National Conservation Area near Hurricane and Leeds, Utah. Accessed via high clearance 4x4 vehicles or hiking. Free with required permit. No amenities; pack in/pack out. Group size limited to 30 people, maximum 7 consecutive days. Portable toilet facilities required. Features rugged hiking and off-road trails to arches and viewpoints. Additional Info: Located off Sand Cove Jeep Road. Dispersed camping on rocky terrain with sparse vegetation.
