Lake Holloman (also known as Raptor Lake) is a free BLM dispersed camping area along US-70 near Holloman Air Force Base and White Sands National Park. Primitive sites with no amenities, good gravel roads suitable for big rigs with care at the cattle crossing entrance. Exposed desert landscape with mountain views, hot days, and stinky lake conditions reported. First-come, first-served.
