Lake Guntersville State Park Campground
About this site
Lake Guntersville State Park Campground, located along the scenic shores of the 69,000-acre lake, features 282 improved campsites, a primitive camping area, seven full bathhouses (two equipped with laundry facilities), a playground, a splash pad, basketball and tennis courts, and an outdoor classroom. 50/30 amp sites and 30 amp sites are available with sewer and water. Tents are not permitted on full-hookup sites. One tent, in addition to the trailer or RV, is allowed for children under 18 for $5 per night, plus tax. A picnic table, a grill, and a fire pit are located at the site. Water and electric tent sites are available. Primitive tent sites are available at Town Creek and do not have electric or water hookups. Additional Info: Check-in is between 2:00 P.M. and 9:00 P.M., check-out at 11:00 A.M.
