Knutson Dam Campground
About this site
Knutson Dam Campground is located on the northeastern shores of Cass Lake and the Mississippi River in the Chippewa National Forest. The campground consists of a single loop with 11-14 campsites among beautifully manicured lawns, shaded by a forest of oak, spruce and pine. Every site affords scenic lake views. The campground offers both standard tent/RV campsites and walk-to tent sites. Amenities include picnic tables, campfire rings, vault toilets, and potable water. No hookups are available. Pets are allowed. A cabin with indoor shower and toilet is also available year-round. Cass Lake offers recreational activities including boating, water skiing, and swimming.
