Kathleen Lake Campground is a road-accessible Parks Canada campground in Kluane National Park and Reserve, operated by the Government of Canada. The campground features 38 unserviced campsites nestled amongst spruce trees with a short walk to Kathleen Lake shores. Each campsite includes a picnic table and fire pit. Campground amenities include potable drinking water taps, firewood, bear-proof storage lockers, grey water sinks, bear-resistant garbage and recycling bins, outhouses, and a playground. Campsites accommodate tents, vans, pick-ups, tent trailers, and motorhomes up to 30 feet (sites 7 and 13 are better suited for larger units). No pull-through sites are available. Sites 3, 34, and 35 have stand-up grills and ramp access for accessibility needs. A camping permit is required; check-in is after 3 p.m. and check-out is 11 a.m. Maximum 6 people and 2 sleeping structures per site. Exceptional hiking, boating, and fishing opportunities available. Campfire talks offered in summer. A National Park fishing licence is required for angling.
