Jug Bay Natural Area offers primitive tent camping available year-round by reservation. The park features over eight miles of scenic woodland trails for hikers, bicyclists, and horseback riders, canoe and kayak rentals, and access to the Patuxent River. Operated by Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission. Reservations required: 301-627-6074. Daily or annual permits required.
