Jones Lake Main Recreation Area offers free vehicle-accessible campsites on the north shore of Jones Lake Reservoir. There are two areas: north of Boulder Creek with 31 campsites (each with fire ring and picnic table), 4 pit toilets, and reservoir access for cartop boats; south of Boulder Creek with 6 campsites (each with fire ring and picnic table), grassy landing with 7 fire rings and 7 picnic tables, 2 pit toilets, 17 vehicle parking spots, and reservoir access for cartop boats. Drinking water is not available; bring your own. Open May 1 to October 31. Recreation includes camping, picnicking, swimming, boating, fishing, hiking, and mountain biking. Designated wheelchair accessible campsites available.
