Island Mine Campground
About this site
Island Mine Campground is an inland backpacking site in Isle Royale National Park, located 0.5 miles south of the Greenstone and Island Mine Trails junction along the Island Mine Trail. It offers tent sites in forested terrain near the Little Siskiwit River, which may provide filterable water depending on season. Each site has a fire ring, and an outhouse is available. Campfires allowed with downed wood only. Stay limit 3 nights June 1 to Labor Day. No boat access, trash facilities, potable water, showers, picnic tables, or hookups.
