ISLAND CAMPGROUND (Campground) Additional Info: Primitive campground in Monongahela National Forest adjacent to Long Run and East Fork of the Greenbrier River. Popular with anglers and hikers. Access to East Fork Trail #365 (8 miles) and Smoke Camp Trail #324 (1.8 miles). First-come, first-served. Open mid-April to November.
