Indigo Neck Hiker-Biker Campsite is a primitive site at mile 139.2 along the C&O Canal Towpath, designed for hikers and bikers. It offers a chemical toilet, picnic table, grill or fire ring, and non-potable water (seasonal, mid-April to mid-November; filter or treat before use). No fee or reservation required; first-come, first-served with one-night limit. Fires restricted to provided rings or portable grills. Subject to Potomac River flooding after heavy rain.
