Hurricane Cliffs BLM dispersed #39 is a designated free camping spot on BLM land in southern Utah's red rock country, near Virgin and Zion National Park. This large, flat site accommodates groups, RVs like class As, fifth wheels, travel trailers, vans, and tents. Accessed via packed dirt roads off the main route (challenging when wet), it offers fire rings, variable site spacing (20 feet to hundreds of feet from neighbors), and cell service (2-3 bars AT&T, full T-Mobile). Primitive conditions: no drinking water, restrooms, or trash services—pack in/pack out and use self-contained units. Vault toilet available at nearby Sheep Creek MTB parking lot. Pet-friendly with fires allowed; expect summer heat, insects (subside at night), wind, and dust.
