Highway 250 Campground offers a relaxed, family-oriented camping experience with 98 sites for motor homes, campers, or tents. Located on the northeast edge of Lanesboro, between the Root River and Root River Trail. Features include 30- and 50-amp electrical hookups, water, on-site dump station, exceptional bathrooms/showers, large shaded sites, covered pavilion, fire rings and picnic tables at each site, playground with basketball and sand volleyball, pets welcome. Open April 15 - November 1. Additional Info: 62 sites have sewer hook-ups. Complete river outfitting, shuttle service, and special events available. Walk to town (4 blocks) or bike the 30-mile Root River Trail.
