Additional Info: High Spur Campsite is located at the end of a spur road off an infrequently traveled dirt road northeast of the Hans Flat Ranger Station in Glen Canyon National Recreation Area. It offers complete solitude with views of Millard Canyon and distant Islands in the Sky District of Canyonlands National Park. Up to 3 vehicles and 9 people are allowed. Advance reservations are highly recommended. High-clearance 4x4 vehicle required for access. No amenities including water or toilets. Campers must provide own toilet system. No fires allowed but propane fire ring permitted. Dogs not permitted.
