Haley's Ferry Boat Ramp is a day-use boat ramp on the northern end of Toledo Bend Reservoir in Sabine National Forest, Texas. Completed in 1996, it provides year-round access to the reservoir. Operated by Sabine River Authority of Texas under permit from USFS. Day-use fee: $2 per vehicle. No restrooms or potable water available. Pets must be leashed. Dispersed camping allowed outside parking area per national forest rules, suitable for vans, trucks, SUVs, and tents; large RVs limited by access and trees. Additional Info: Parking lot available.
