Rustic state forest campground nestled on Guernsey Lake's north shore amidst oak and pine hills. Offers 35 campsites for tents and small trailers, including 8 walk-in sites (100-200 yards from parking area). No reservations; sites available on a first-come, first-served basis. Amenities include vault toilets, hand-pump drinking water, picnic tables, and fire rings. No electrical hookups. Overnight fee $20 for most sites. Maximum 15-day stay. Guernsey Lake is 50 acres with a maximum depth of 64 feet; boat launch available. Fishing opportunities include largemouth bass, bluegill, brown trout, perch, and sunfish. Adjacent Sand Lakes Quiet Area offers hiking and nature exploration.
