Gafvert Campground
About this site
Gafvert Campground and Day-Use Area is located in Nemadji State Forest, managed by Moose Lake State Park. The eight campsites are primitive, consisting of a cleared area, fire ring, and picnic table. Vault toilets, garbage cans, and drinking water are available. The site includes water access, fishing, boat landing/dock, one picnic site, nature trails (3 miles), and is adjacent to Pickerel Lake and the Willard Munger ATV Trail. All sites are first come, first served with payment on site. Roads are not plowed in winter, and spring/fall conditions vary.
