Frosty Hollow Shelter Camping Area is a primitive backpack camping site located within the Arcadia Management Area in Exeter, RI, minutes from Route 95 and the Connecticut border. The site is situated approximately 1/3 mile behind a gated access point on Frosty Hollow Road and is accessible only by hiking the Shelter Trail. The camping area includes a pavilion with picnic tables, fire rings, and vault toilets. Tent-only camping is available, with immediate access to the Arcadia Management Area's multiuse trail system. Parking is available along Escoheag Hill Road at the access gate.
