Fontenelle Creek Recreation Area is a BLM-managed campground located approximately 10 miles south of La Barge and 35 miles north of Kemmerer, Wyoming, on the west side of Fontenelle Reservoir. The campground features 55 campsites with paved access roads, covered picnic tables, and barbecue grills. Amenities include potable water, two vault toilets and three flush toilets, a trailer dump station, boat ramp, boat dock, and handicap accessible facilities. Two campsites are wheelchair accessible. The campground is open year-round on a first-come, first-served basis with a nightly fee of $7 per site. No hookups are available. Pets are allowed but must remain leashed. Firewood is available for purchase.
