The park features 162 RV sites with water, electric, and sewer hookups, with 30/50 amp service available. Twelve spaces accommodate RVs 45+ feet long with room for slideouts on two sides and patios. Amenities include shaded, grassy spaces on the banks of Bear Creek, indoor tiled restrooms with hot showers, laundry facilities, and free WiFi. The park is open year-round and accepts pets on leash (no pit bulls or aggressive breeds). Tents are not allowed. The location provides access to nearby Denver attractions, shopping, dining, and outdoor recreation including fishing, hiking, and scenic viewing.
