Free campground. Turn down County Road 3473 and take it to the end. The park is on Lake Hawkins, but it doesn’t appear to have a sign or name. Each site appears to have a trash barrel. Additional Info: Fish Hawke Point is a Wood County park on Lake Hawkins offering numerous free primitive picnic and camping areas along the shoreline. It features a boat ramp with parking for up to 100 vehicles, pet-friendly sites, tenting, fire pits, and toilets. The lake provides year-round fishing opportunities.
