Ferris Camping Area is four miles upstream from Cabin Canyon along Forest Rd. 504. This barrier-free facility has 2 sites for camping and picnicking. It is 3.5 miles downstream of McPhee Dam and popular with fly fishermen (catch-and-release only). The historic Lone Dome Ranger Station site is nearby. Additional Info: This USFS facility has 7 sites for camping and picnicking. Open May - September. Amenities include picnic tables, restrooms, and fishing access. Maximum RV length 45 ft.
