Emery Cr Dispersed Pullout
About this site
Emery Creek Dispersed Pullout is a primitive camping area located in the Flathead National Forest in northwest Montana, offering free dispersed camping in a remote forest setting. As with all dispersed camping on the Flathead National Forest, this site has no developed facilities or services. Campers must be completely self-sufficient and pack out all trash. The site is situated in Flathead County within the expansive 2.4-million-acre Flathead National Forest, an area known for spectacular mountain scenery and abundant wildlife. Dispersed camping is permitted throughout most of the forest, with the exception of areas near developed campgrounds, trailheads, and day-use areas. All campers must adhere to the forest's food storage order due to bear activity in the Northern Continental Divide Ecosystem. Open year-round for dispersed camping, though winter access may be limited by snow and seasonal road conditions. Maximum stay is 16 days. Additional Info: From Martin City, Montana, head south on East Side Reservoir Road for approximately 6 miles to reach the campground.
