Eighth Lake Campground is located on the southeast shore of the 314-acre Eighth Lake near Inlet, New York, in the Adirondacks. It features 126 single-family campsites, many waterfront, with shade from large trees. Sites accommodate tents, trailers, and RVs (no hookups), each with a table, fire ring, and grill. Amenities include drinking water, flush toilets, hot showers, and an RV dump station. Firewood available for purchase. Activities: canoeing, kayaking, boating, fishing (lake trout), swimming at sandy beach, hiking, biking trails nearby. Additional Info: Managed by New York State DEC. Register on arrival and sign for your site. Sites offer privacy between forested areas.
