Backcountry Campsite 26 on Dripping Spring Mountain in Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Located on Miry Ridge Trail, nestled between the AT, Jakes Creek, and Lynn Camp Prong trails. Features a small spring water source, surrounded by cedar trees, with fire rings and bear cables/pulley systems. Requires a backcountry permit. Accessible by hiking, offers views especially in fall to spring. Around 3000 feet elevation. Additional Info: Permit required from Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Enough room for 8-10 campers. Bear scat occasionally present near site.
