Enjoy your next getaway at Belle and Beau Acres, an organized primitive campground, surrounded by middle Tennessee's most stunning natural elements. BBA has taken the guess work out of rustic camping. Whether you're looking for peace, relaxation, or adventure, this spot hits the mark. On site attractions include a 27’ ledge waterfall, several cascading falls, and hiking trails. Please plan ahead as reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance for a meet & greet check in. Please see the website for more information. ​ This is an off-grid campground, which means adventures are had without the luxury of electricity, bathrooms, running water, or formal roads. Off-road conditions are unpredictable, however 4wd has not been necessary. Due to the primitive nature of our location, all drivers should expect some potential slick muddy spots and bumps. Guests always have the choice to park vehicles at the entrance. We host tents, hammocks, teardrops, rooftop rigs, smaller popup campers, and smaller tow behinds. Low clearance vehicles are required to park at the entrance, please see our FAQ for more info. ​ Conveniently located near Cookeville and about one hour east of Nashville, the host family lives in a house at the entrance of the property, while the remainder of acreage is preserved for a nature enthusiast's dream come true. Groomed off-grid campsites, hiking trails, a private on-site waterfall, two rivers and shared community spaces create whimsical adventures and experiences for all ages. Enjoy foliage dense, spacious, and private campsites, all centrally located for convenient day excursions in the Upper Cumberland. Also convenient from Knoxville or Chattanooga areas.
