Coves Group Campground is three miles east of Chapel Beach. You are still up on the cliff line, but have started your descent towards Twelvemile Beach. Additional Info: Group campsite in Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore backcountry. One designated metal communal fire ring. Water source is Lake Superior. Shared pit toilet. No kayaker access due to 1/4 mile portage. Reservations required via Recreation.gov.
