Cedar Island Ranch offers 60 RV sites and 15 tent sites, plus condos and motel rooms. Open year-round. Amenities include full hookups, beach access, private boat ramp with Atlantic access, horseback riding along undeveloped beach, kayak and canoe rentals, fishing, dog park, dump station, firewood, and free Wi-Fi. Located near the Ocracoke Ferry terminal and National Wildlife Refuges. RVs must be 15 years or newer and RVIA certified.
