Ringtail Loop Campground is a non-electric group camping area in Catalina State Park at the base of the Santa Catalina Mountains, 15 minutes north of Tucson, AZ. It offers 30 sites with picnic tables and fire rings (charcoal, firelogs, or propane allowed; no wood burning). From January 1 to March 31, sites are $25 per night. Year-round availability with reservations required. Amenities include flush toilets, hot showers, and a dump station shared with other park campgrounds. Equestrian camping available separately with horse stalls and water. Additional Info: Park entrance at 11570 N Oracle Road, Tucson, AZ 85737. Check-in 2:00 p.m., check-out 12:00 noon. No limit on RV length, but max 14 consecutive nights. Pets not allowed in Ringtail Loop.
