Camp Sullivan

Camp Sullivan is a wooded campground within the Cook County Forest Preserve system, located at 14630 Oak Park Ave in Oak Forest, Illinois. The facility features an iconic red barn that serves as an activity hub, complete with a 28-foot climbing wall with auto-belay system. Accommodations include tent campsites, RV/tent sites with electricity, small and large bunkhouses, small cabins, and organized group campsites. The campground offers access to the Tinley Creek Trail System with more than 13 miles of trails for hiking and biking. Facilities include modern bathrooms, showers, water stations, and a dining hall. The grounds are well-maintained with wooded areas providing shade and privacy. Year-round camping is available 24 hours daily for registered campers (campgrounds accessible 7 am to 10 pm; quiet hours 11 pm to 7 am). Staff available 8 am to 4 pm. Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day. Reservations can be made by calling 855-YES-CAMP (855-937-2267) or in person. Non-profits, individual veterans, and veteran organizations qualify for 50% discounts on cabin and bunkhouse reservations Sunday through Thursday, and reduced rates on tent/RV sites.
