White Oak Campground

About this site

White Oak Campground is a Class A site at the southern end of Lake Ramsey in Ramsey Lake State Recreation Area. The campground offers 90 sites with convenient access to hiking trails, a children's playground, and lake recreation. Trees provide shade throughout the site. In addition to trailer sites, there is one cabin unit available. Amenities include picnic tables, grills, a dump station, restrooms, and shower facilities. A well-maintained trail system winds through the park for hiking and nature exploration. Firewood is available on-site. Additional Info: Campsites 1-33 stay open year-round with 30-amp and 50-amp electrical service. The back sections (sites 34-126) typically open April 1 and close November 1, weather dependent. White Oak Group Camp is open year-round except during firearm deer hunt weekends in late November/early December. Check-in/check-out time is 3:00 PM.
