Camp Geddie is a Christian summer camp owned and operated by the Synod of the Atlantic Provinces of The Presbyterian Church in Canada. Located at 3555 Shore Road in Ponds just past Merigomish on Highway #245, approximately 18 km from 104 Trans Canada Highway. Features include a sandy beach, two lakes, seven sleeping cabins, Irwin Lodge (dining hall), craft/recreation building, washhouse with hot showers and flush toilets, nurse’s cabin, outdoor chapels, and nature trails. Activities include canoeing, hiking, sports, swimming, arts and crafts, Bible study, and campfires. Open to youth of all denominations, with year-round retreat facilities.
