Calloway Gap is one of 13 hike-in backcountry primitive campsites in Grandfather Mountain State Park, located along the Profile Trail and Grandfather Trail near Calloway Peak at approximately 5623 feet elevation. There are no facilities at the sites. The terrain is rugged and challenging. Trailheads are near 3800 feet elevation. Additional Info: Campsite Type: Back Country Primitive Group campsite.
