Brushwood offers rustic, secluded, clothing-optional camping on 180 mostly wooded acres near the town of Sherman in rural Chautauqua County, New York. The campground is equipped with showers, flush toilets, a swimming pool and hot tub. Tent sites are available in open grassy areas or in the woods. Trailer and RV sites are available with shared water, dump station and electric, but no hookups. Five rustic cabins with electric are also available. The campground features three covered pavilions, a heated indoor lodge, walking trails and a labyrinth. Pets are not permitted. General camping season runs Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend, with additional events in early May and late September. Check-in is 2:00–8:00 pm Monday through Saturday. Additional Info: Maximum vehicle length for trailer sites is under 20 feet. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (at least 21). Children under 12 must be supervised at all times. No one under 15 is allowed in the hot tub. Children under 3 are not allowed in the pool. Swimming facilities are not lifeguard-supervised.
