Brooke Creek Hike-in Camp is a seasonal hike-in campground located in L.L. Stub Stewart Memorial State Park near Buxton, Oregon, approximately 33 miles west of Portland. The camp features 21 campsites accessible via a short 0.3-mile hike from the main park area. Amenities include two vault toilets and two large communal fire rings. More than half of the campsites are reservable. Reservations can be made up to 6 months in advance through oregonstateparks.reserveamerica.com. The park offers over 20 miles of natural surface trails and access to the 21-mile paved Banks-Vernonia State Trail. A day-use fee or camping permit is required.
