BREWER LAKE (Camping Area) Additional Info: Dispersed camping area with multiple campsites offering views of Brewer Lake. Vehicle access to limited campsites is available along the Brewer OHV Route, approximately 50 yards before the trail ends. The lakeshore is thickly forested with large boulders scattered throughout. No camping is permitted within 100 feet of lakes, streams, trails, and meadows. Campfire permits are required for wood fires, charcoal fires, or portable stoves and are available free from the local Forest Service office. Access via Highway 168 east from Shaver Lake to Tamarack Snow Park, then Forest Roads 9S09, 9S69, and 9S10.
