Boulder Flat

About this site

Boulder Flat Campground is situated in a mixed conifer forest along the banks of the Stanislaus River. There are a total of 20 camping sites; one is a double site and two are walk-in sites. The main road is paved with dirt-surfaced parking pads. Restrooms are vault toilets. A fee is charged for extra vehicle parking $10. There is no designated trail down to the river. Please practice Leave No Trace and Pack it in, Pack it out principles. Fee info: Overnight Use: Single Site: $25 per night Group Site: $50 per night Extra vehicle: $10 Additional Info: No potable water available; bring your own. Open June through October. Check-in 2:00 p.m., check-out 12:00 p.m. Quiet hours 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Interagency Senior and Access Passes honored for 50% discount on single sites (pass number required on fee envelope or shown to host). Cash only.
