Please Note: This campground has no trash services. Be prepared to pack it in and pack it out by bringing your own trash bags.This campground offers 16 small campsites (trailers less than 16 feet), picnic tables, toilets, fire grates, potable water and trash cans.Popular recreational activities in the area include day hiking at Green Mountain Falls and Encampment River, fishing the Encampment and North Fork Encampment rivers, wildlife watching and visiting the Continental Divide. Wildlife is common, so plan to keep a clean camp. Fee info: Overnight Use: Single Site: $20 per night Additional Vehicle Fee: $5 per vehicle per day Additional Info: Season: June - September. Maximum length of stay is 14 days. Campsites limited to 8 people and 2 vehicles per site. Fires only in USFS approved metal fire rings. No hookups available. Elevation 8,800 feet. Half of the 16 sites are reservable.
