Ruby Horsethief River Campsites Additional Info: Black Rocks 1 is a boat-in campsite on the Colorado River in McInnis Canyons National Conservation Area. Sandy beach above Black Rocks 1. Camping permits are required year-round and must be obtained through Recreation.gov. Black Rocks sites are limited to one camping night on Friday and Saturday nights with no layovers allowed.
