Big River Campground
About this site
Big River Campground has 6 spacious campsites set beneath old-growth redwoods next to the North Fork Big River in Jackson Demonstration State Forest. The secluded sites are first-come, first-served, each accommodating up to 8 people with tents, small trailers, and RVs up to 30 feet. Each site includes a table, fire ring, and grill. Amenities include vault toilets and trash collection. No cell service. Activities include hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and wildlife viewing. Season: late May to late September. Cost: $15/night cash/check self-registration.
